Long term RA patient forced to change physicians due to the Springfield Clinic / BCBS debacle. First visit she told me to needed TB test. I explained that when I began my Original treatment I tested positive for latent TB and went through 9 months of treatment and will always test positive, therefore no test as my medication would be stopped due to false positive. My experience with this doctor was a very professional and uncaring doctor. This person did not appreciate me asking questions and when asked what were my concerns she bluntly stated, "Are you finished with your list of complaints." At this point I was done and in sharing this with my primary care who recommended this doctor I informed them that I would not be going back!
This is one of the most dismissive doctors that I have ever seen!! She doesn't listen, at all and her records are completely incorrect! I saw her because of the rheumatic symptoms that I was having and when my blood work came back normal she told me there was nothing wrong with me. I had already explained to her that this would be the case as it was with so many members of my family. Dr. Chauhan is one of the sweetest physicians I know. Though soft spoken, she puts in the work to assist her patients.
Very uncaring Doctor. Did a few labs, that came back normal and dismissed my symptoms. No help at all.
