We started looking for a house at the start of the pandemic. It was tough to be remain patient but still keep our eyes on the market and see what was available. Trying to compete in a market with limited availability and buyers with more cash in hand than us left us, at times, feel helpless. Alisia stuck with us through the whole experience and always had answers when we had questions. We felt supported and she was always very transparent and honest with us. The Krastel Team went above and beyond what we expected in both selling our home and the process of purchasing the home we are in now.
