This firm executed a trust for my mother-in-law. They made an error on a birth date on the trust which leaves her daughters unable to open a trust related bank account following her passing. We have contacted them 5 times (3 times in person) to address the correction and they will not help us. They say that they were representing the deceased client and not us. So….no accountability for accuracy or correcting inaccuracies after the fact. STONEWALLING!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Efficient but pricy. Have watched our backs for 3 plus years when legality mattered most. I send a big thanks.
