Absolutely Amazing Funeral Home! I recently attended a viewing and funeral and the Butler Chapel of Kraph and Hughes Funeral Home. I was very impressed with the entire situation; from how clean and organized the facility was to how the funeral directors and staff worked with the family! Beware of them charging for services they didnt perform. They charge \$150/hr just for administrative tasks!! Didnt honor pre-arranged funeral costs. Lack in communication with client and difficult to work with. Go elsewhere. 6/16/2009
