The driver of this van with license plate SV 32515 is a ticking time bomb; it's only a matter of time before this driver causes a very serious accident. The saddest part is that it's an accident that doesn't need to happen if this driver would just be a little calmer and more patient and realize that he's not transporting cattle, but precious human lives. Calls me 20 minutes after my kid is supposed to get off the bus and say all the kids going to be 20 minutes late. The kids not here. When asked why they didn't call me and tell me they were going to run late they said we won't call you until we know how late they're going to be. You could still call and let me know that they're running late we don't know when they'll be there. This is multiple times now.

It's truly incredible how unreliable Krapf is in Dauphin County. It seems like it's just this area because Krapf does a good job in Lancaster County. Busses come at different times every day, it could be late, early, or just not show up at all. The bus has been over an hour late multiple times now. The only thing consistent is how inconsistent they are. I understand there may be staffing shortages or other issues, but it is Krapf's responsibility to get those things figured out to provide reliable transportation for students... read more
