The customer service at this location is amazing. I was visiting the area from another state and not only did they help me with my hobby needs, but also recommended something to do in town.
Kranzel's have been a big part of my RC hobby for many years. Dave and his staff are the best there is.
Can't go wrong with a rc shop now a days, since there aren't many around.
What a great hobby shop. Had everything I needed and more.
I went there today for something not even related to what they do. I was desperately in need of some small gage socket head cap screws. I had no luck at the hardware stores and my past experience with R/C told me to check here. Not only did he have them but took some extra time to help me out.
