Very Nice and helpful people. The transaxles went out on our zero turn and that's not something they keep on hand. We were faced with a dilemma of spending over half the price of a new mower on parts or getting a new unit. The guy we spoke with offered to let us take the transaxles off a mower out back and gave us a great deal on them. Now our zero turn is up and running great! Just finished the first mow of the year:) Thank you so much Kranz lawn & atv. We are very happy and grateful to have a place like this locally.
Knew exactly what was wrong, and had it cutting like butter in minutes. Extremely cordial and funny as well. Fair pricing, needs a housekeeper though, lol.
