I felt they went above and beyond for us and really did make the difficult time as stress free as possible. Words will never be able to express how much we appreciate everything they did.

Very very impressed with Sam and everyone at the funeral home. We had a stillborn and never knew the steps into how the process works. He came to the hospital and was very thoughtful and professional. Helped us every step during our very hard time. I love that they still will call and check in on us even though a few months have passed. Highly recommend

When my mother passed away 18 + years ago I was allowed to walk through every step of the process with her as I had promised. I was even allowed to transport her back to her home state of Tennessee to be buried in a military Cemetery. Everyone at Kranz Funeral Home was more than supportive under such a sad circumstance.
