Ordered flowers for delivery with specific instructions on color, ribbon and flowers. I spent $100 on this bouquet, SO DISAPPOINTED! I spoke with the owner, she was very unapologetic and said "Flower prices have gone up". I will never do business with this place again...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! To be clear, I was looking for and explanation and perhaps an apology, not a refund. I got nothing.
I haven't been here personally, but this is my husband's go-to when he needs flowers pour moi. Today, he picked up these. They're GORGEOUS, smell AMAZING, and the eucalyptus was a beautiful and unique touch. Thank you Krantz's!
Amazing customer service and the flowers actually last I know they’re meant for one occasion but 4 months they still have color I didn’t ask for anything specific just told em what’s going on and for the price knocked it out of the park I’m so thankful makes it easier on the busy big convenience thank you
