the repair person came exactly on time, was very efficient, and even though the job took all day and was rather complex, they charged exactly what they had estimated would cost. I was very happy with the results.
They arrived quickly to resolve a potentially serious issue, but disconnected all of our external outlets in the process. I would expect them to resolve this at a fair cost, but instead sent us a bill for $200 and blamed us for not telling them about a switch. I'd suggest using someone else.
