We received over $1000 worth of damaged panels. A year has now gone by and they have not refunded us. They keep saying we did not report the damage in time and they cannot give us any refund. Strongly recommend going elsewhere otherwise you’ll be buying damage panels and paying every penny for it.
Unfortunately Krannich is a shady company. Took me a year to realize I was working long days and hours for little pay and the commission is a joke. Poor leadership. Ran like a disorganized start up.
Salesman was was very unprofessional, told me I had an 8AM delivery, which I requested, at 9AM did not answer or return my calls. I finally got ahold of the office and they told me that my order was still sitting there in the shop. Very disappointed, no trust.
Meil and Candace are great!! Always on top of orders and helping with anything we need!!
Krannich Solar is awesome to work with. Justin V. is very knowledgable and goes out of his way to help when needed. Definitely recommend them!
