This is my experience....Jody left a ball peen hammer in my engine compartment of my vehicle and it was laughed off as...."Oh, that's just Jody....he does this all the time", Jody did not secure the fuel filter well enough to prevent a leak and so increased fuel usage, Kranky's, when instructed that my ability to safely drive my truck after both upper and lower ball joint were replaced and that I no longer felt safe, was met with 3 answers....1. oh, it will sort itself out in a coup... read more
