My truck broke down just past 100 Mile. Adam answered my call after hours and recommended a great towing company. He and Alisha fit my truck into their busy schedule and were so honest and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I got home safe and I cannot thank them enough! Very good rates and absolutely amazing humans with hearts of gold! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We drove our Nissan Titan into Kranky's as we had a small fluid, likely water, leak coming from the passenger front tire area. As it is a long way back to Vancouver Island we wanted to check it out. The owner/mechanic came out soon after, had a look at it and sent us on our way. No charge. Air Con unit condensation. Thx Mr and Mrs Kranky!
Got stranded with my truck out in the bush and Alisha helped me beyond her duties. Great value and amazing people to work with, would recommend to anyone needing work in the area.
