Great place overall, very friendly! Been doing personal training with Kenton Hughes for 5 months now. Great results. He's super knowledgeable- created a challenging and fun program to help me reach my individual fitness goals + incorporates nutritional education into the same program. Exceptional value- I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
