Worst customer service
Products offered do, for the most part, as they claim. Drivers manufactured here often produce higher than typical ball speed while still remaining legal. Purchasing a driver of or club here is costly, and very much one-way. Do not anticipate receiving word back with regards to any customer service inquiries. Warranties are ignored in my experience, I have cracked the crown on my existing Formula X Driver and upon sending an email almost 3 weeks ago have not received any response. Best golf driver on the planet. If you want to be better.. krank it up!
The head came off of my Crank driver, called them and they had me come in to fix it, no questions asked. Very knowledgeable staff as well.
