The details on the website do not match what they can do. For instance, they can only work with precious metals and not anything that may be an unknown material. But online it says that they can. While it is understandable they wouldnt want to damage your items, it should be known. The assistant manager seems a bit fake, to where she will tell you what you want and not what you might need. The owner seems a bit more genuine but jaded. We came here for our rings but it doesnt look like we will be coming back.
Madi helped us from beginning to end with my engagement ring and wedding bands, she is the BEST. We enjoyed working with you and look forward to seeing you for future purchases and cleanings :)
Always so helpful and personable!
Excellent service.
