This company is amazing.I’ve worked with them for years. Integrity and character. I wasn’t scheduled for today. However I called to see if they could possibly fit me in. At first it wasn’t going to work out because they left my area. However 5 minutes later they called and said the worker was going to backtrack to make it work for me. Who does that these days. Very grateful. The worker Dave was so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Krane.
Dave was most excellent. Highly satisfied with our bi-annual maintenance.
Once Daryl got here and started looking at my heater he promptly noticed its issue and got it repaired as quickly as part availability would let him. Then when it still wasn't quite working he again promptly found the issue, got the part as soon as he could and brought my heater roaring to life again.
The service technician came within my appointed window & called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. I had a new furnace filter & one for the humidifier on hand & he installed them. He was polite & cleaned up afterwards. This appointment was a rescheduled one from the one I had forgotten about the week before. They were able to get me in quickly considering.my blunder. Krane installed my new furnace & AC a few years ago & have been doing the maintenance service. I am a happy customer.
