Daryl is a great tech. Working for a great company. I had an air conditioning issue on Saturday. I called Krane at 11 o’clock. Daryl was there by 11:45 and had the problem fixed by noon. And then Daryl says “oh I remember installing this for you guys like five years ago, and you might not owe any money because you might still be under warranty on this job. He made a few phone calls, and sure enough, no charge. If you have a customer service story better than that please share because I don’t think that can be beat…
The technician was very professional and pleasant . He called when he was on his way. He Immediately found the problem and explained thoroughly what he was going to do. It was repaired quickly and efficiently.
