Over $400 later brakes still aren’t fixed and they install parts that obviously weren’t bad without asking and just expect you to pay for them. DO NOT use this shop. Also watch the 3% charge on CC that they didn’t tell me about while paying over the phone or I would have paid cash.
Had an exhaust problem. and they were able to fix it by welding a section of pipe in where it was broken. Saved me some money by not going the easy route and just ordering a new exhaust system. Will be back for other services. Matt and David and the rest of the crew are really good people to work with, and they will treat you fairly.
Had car trouble while traveling through the area. Matt and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem and worked me in to get me back on my way. Expertise and customer service were both top-notch!
Great guys great service got me in right away when I had a really bad brake problem gave me same-day service and got me out on the road same day ...highly recomended
Always a great experience. Kramer has taken care of me and my family for years. Great place to take your vehicle!
