Buying, or trying to buy, a camper from them is ridiculous. My wife and I sat down with the owner a week ago to purchase a new trailer. The owner said to give him a day to finalize the price and he would get back with us - it’s been over 7 days and NO phone call - he blew us off! Apparently he doesn’t want to sell us a trailer. If he were working for me, I would fire him for not following up with a customer who wants to do business with him. We made several trips for this, 1 1/2 hours each way. Buying a camper from them was painless but getting any service or repairs done is FRUSTRATING. They would say things were fixed and they wouldn't be. Brand new camper with so many issues. It's taken almost a year to get the floor fixed. Very slow at getting things done. They do not return phone calls. Service is horrible!!! I'm regretting the purchase from them.
