Extremely rude parts lady. Acted as if I was annoying her by being there. Gave a very uncomfortable and dismissive vibe. They had the part I needed, but I left and will spend the extra money elsewhere to NOT do business with them.
RUDE people trying to screw customers over. We called them to see if a rear drive-shaft was available for our 99 F-250. We are located in Kentucky but another junkyard gave us their number. They told us they couldn't ship a drive-shaft out that far and if they did it would cost us over $300 to ship. That is a bold face LIE. We order parts all the time from LKQ, Ebay, Summit Racing, RockAuto, Parts Geek, Car Parts etc. and shipping has never cost us that much for any part.
