I want to thank Kramer's auto for taking good care of me. I brought in my daughter's first car I purchased for her. They throughly checked out everything that the car needed to be done and what was not needed at that time. A special shout out to Bob for going above and beyond to make sure her car was in good shape to drive back to north Florida
Took my Honda here to fix the ac. I told the guy it was an issue with the ac compressor and he says no. Three weeks my car was at the shop waiting on a computer that we ended up not needing. The shop did fix the electrical issue however I picked up my car and had to bring it right back due to the car shaking looks like a water pump had to be replaced that I was charged for which seem to be a mistake from the shop anyways whatever I paid for the part however my car still needed to have the ac compressor changed I ended up fin... read more
