I went in for an inspection and they went through every nook and cranny just to find something wrong with my car. All my lights worked before today and so they pulled out one of my turn signals and told me it wasn't working. Rejected my car due to the turn signal"not working" and I need to pay 80+ just to have them "fix it." needles to say, don't go here.

These guys are jackasses, I took my jeep in for an inspection and they broke the inspection door to the headlight. I called them out and was asked to leave the store. My vehicle is 10,000 dollar investment I do not want it broke and repaired with duct tape.

I had a great experience at this Kramer Tire business. The manager and crew were considerate, conscientious, and professional. I am recommending this business to all my peninsula friends!

I didn't even want to give this place 1 star. They are rude and a rip off. They said they could align my car. But in actuality they were going to charge me for something they cannot perform. I can only have my car aligned through my dealership due to my car model. But they wouldn't tell me that and would have charged me for something that they couldn't do. Go here if you like a good rip off. I asked for new tired and for the old ones I be rotated. Lets just say I paid for a service I didn't receive. I took my car to the Kram... read more
