Do not go to this office. Back in March my daughter was supposed to get a referral for Children's hospital, they never sent the referral until August when I asked about it. Today I ask for an appointment to go over all the new information and make sure the referral is up to date. They are refusing to book an appointment stating we are no longer patients with Dr. Kramer as it has been over 6 months.
