Welden came out and did an inspection on my roof, he found damage I had no idea was even there! He was so thorough with pictures and the overall explanation on what actually was up there due to hail damage. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me throughout this process; he is honest, fair, punctual, detailed and most of all he communicated with me every step of the way.
I'm a sales manager at Kramer and all the sales guys are doing a great job helping our customers get their roofs approved this season! This storm has really impacted St. Louis and we're excited to work with our customers with the goal of insurance approval!
