Kramer roofer received our money an never done the work nor returned our money won’t answer the phone call just promises but nothing at all no service at all now considering contacting lawyers about this matter they received money for three jobs
I can't give zero stars or I would. I currently have a complaint filed with BBB, the Attorney General is next, and then a lawyer. We signed a contract in April 2025, it is now March 2026 and we don't have a roof replacement. Getting anyone at this company to call, text, or email you back is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Save yourself the misery. Update: It is now April 2026 and still nothing. Pursuing legal options.
I would never trust them. From the May tornado they promised new roofer in June and kept lying about getting to it for 10 months. By my insurance policy it had to be done within a year. They kept lying and I finally fired them. New roofer got it done in time. Luckily I put the down payment on my credit card. After lying and leaving me in the dark for ten months they wanted a cancellation fee. I got all my money through visa.
Roof looks great. 10/10, rain stays outside. Huge fan of that part. I signed in April and didn’t get the roof until September, so right out of the gate this turned into a bit of a long-term relationship. Getting my refund for the work they didn’t do turned into a 5–6 month Netflix series called “The Check Is On The Way.” Every episode had the same plot twist: the check was, once again, on the way. Terrible. It has been 6 months since we signed a contract and they still refuse to give us a start date. We have asked for our deposit back and haven’t heard a word.
