Kramer is bullshit. It has been almost one year since I signed the contract with them, they cashed my deposit and still haven't scheduled a date yet. I signed a contract with them in 9-30-2025.
June 2025 Kramer Roofing received $7,737.80. Today ONE YEAR LATER STILL NO ROOF. They haven't even started on it nor do they have the supplies per their emails. I've initiated all contacts with Kramer Roofing via phone, VM, and emails. Always an excuse. Staff has excessive turnover. I know because none of the individuals I spoke to a year ago are working there today. Excuse after excuse. My insurance company is ready to close my claim. This review is for my father who doesn't have a computer. My father paid a down-payment of 9,000 in Aug of 2025 for new roofs for his house and garage after storm damage. We are now in July of 2026 and Kramer STILL have not installed his roof and are saying if he wants to cancel, he needs to pay a cancelation fee... meanwhile the whole interior of his home is damaged from having a damaged roof for nearly a year while waiting for them to do what they were paid to do, that they were supposed to fix in 2 weeks. I can't give zero stars or I would. I currently have a complaint filed with BBB, the Attorney General is next, and then a lawyer. We signed a contract in April 2025, it is now March 2026 and we don't have a roof replacement. Getting anyone at this company to call, text, or email you back is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Save yourself the misery. Update: It is now April 2026 and still nothing.
