Mr foti or ms foti never got back in contact with me on whether or not I would get the room. Found that to be very unprofessional. Regardless of what a person has on their record, someone from the office should have contacted me so that I could have pursued other avenues of someplace to rent. I explained that I was a transfer from Waco TX to Reno vamc and I was living in my car at a truck stop. But I guess that didn't matter or concern them. Thanks for your compassion (sarcasm)
The place itself was very nice. Great space, had everything I needed. Darik was extremely helpful and understanding in difficult circumstances and worked extremely hard to help me out. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
Kramer Properties actually listened to my circumstances and came to an agreement with me within a day! They took a good bit of stress away from moving to a new place!
