While the pool install itself went well, they left gouges in the fiberglass shell and pock marks in the finished stamped concrete after install. After repeated attempts and promises to fix from them, they went silent. Even threatened by a legal suit to fix they still ignored us. I would avoid the headache and stay away.

Paid $1800 for drawing (elementary/poor and proposal, which had numerous errors), which would be applied to the project cost. Salesman originally indicated just over $100K. Received the drawing, which was nothing more than what I drew on paper for the HOA. Received the proposal at the same time for roughly $153K. Had the salesman indicated a price even close to this at the beginning, we would have discontinued talks. Wouldn’t call us back or answer texts after we paid them initially to find out what was wrong which was a five minute minor problem that they gladly took payment for. So waiting on Todd K***** for 3 weeks to schedule our pool closing and he never called back! I even called the office twice to have someone else come out took over a week to even get a response.
