Our experience at this dealership was fantastic. Our salesperson, Ricci, was a dream to work with. She didn't get frustrated at our questions, or our need to take a day or two to think things over. She wasn't pushy, sleazy, and she didn't give any "ick" feelings (if you know, you know). Everyone at this dealership that we dealt with was very kind, friendly, and never was one thing pushed on us. I would 100% recommend this dealership if you're looking for a Mazda!
Bought a CX-5 with Kramer Mazda and referred a friend. Was promised a referral bonus of $150 by the sales man on the day the referred individual will pick up their car. Fought with them over email for 3 weeks and still only got a $100 instead of the initially promised $150. This place was a big waste of time but the cars are great maybe it’s worth it to go to another Mazda🤷♂️
