Just been there yesterday and booked a new car. The Shisang zhang was really helpful, telling you the truth, be genuine to you and friendly but professional. The venue has free coffee, water and washroom. Cleanliness- 10/10 Staffs- 10/10 Process- 10/10 Readiness- 10/10

Shishang was great in sales and was great experience all in all. Everything went super smooth and highly recommend.
Our overall experience was disappointing. The salesperson was helpful during the purchase process, but the delivery experience was poor. Despite our request not to install the winter tires, they were put on anyway. We were also not informed that the OEM windshield had been replaced with a non-OEM windshield. When we asked reasonable questions, we were made to feel as though we were being unreasonable. Although the issue was eventually corrected ( very stressful) no apology was offered.
