Once again Mazda went above and beyond. My 3 month old cx5 was written off due to a buck hitting it by Nanton. The finance team went above and beyond to help with getting new financing while waiting for insurance to pay the old finance off and help with the gap insurance paperwork as well. 2 and a half weeks back into another new cx5. The sales team also went above and beyond locating a new vehicle for same year, make and model, also checking all in stock to see if any had snow or all weather tires on since I require them. William To at Kramer Mazda was amazing! He was not pushy like the stereotypical car salesman. He listened to everything I wanted, was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I will defiantly be back because of the excellent customer service William provided!
Wonderful experience with the service department (shout out to Sam and her coworker). They were very communicative, efficient and friendly compared to other experiences I had at another dealership. I will be going to Kramer from here on out!
