Jennifer Breedlove was our court appointed GAL. We called and scheduled our appointment before the other party (months in advance). We arrived to our appointment our usual 15-20 minutes early (first impressions are important). While in the waiting area the receptionist opened their service window advising our appointment was an hour later than it was scheduled for. We in return advised it was not.
