The absolute worst people to deal with. Rude, disrespectful and just the overall worst customer service.
If it was possible to give 0 stars, it wouldn't be low enough. Refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Took more than they were supposed to in the last payment of a garnishment, and shift blame to everyone but themselves. Any review over a 1 star are, I can only assume, paid shills or employees trying to curb their rating to get that .6. Seems like a class action lawsuit in the making, given the number of reviews mentioning how they take more money than they should.
Trash experience. They will not answer, the receptionist is rude and cuts you off immediately. No professionalism. Someone needs to report them to the bar. I called to Tamara Guidry multiple times and she never answers either. Again trash place.
Phone calls never returned unless you call multiple times and I mean like 10 times These attorneys are the ones that really couldn’t make it, So all they do is collect old debt at a lower price from credit card companies, no professionalism at all !!!!
