Yesterday my appointment was with Dr Kramer. I waited for 45 min outside his office and he didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Then a women came in handed me an I pad gave me instructions then I had to answer over 300 Questions after I finished I waited again. Dr. Kramer came out of his office and left still not acknowledging me. When he came back he asked me into his office. Very somber,never smiled I knew then this was not going to be in my favor. Run from this guy get an eval outside OSU and bring it in. This man is worthless. I want to know if OSU gets kick backs by using this guy. Denies you surgery by almost just looking at you. My life is not a good reason to have the surgery. Basically he denies by using vague reasons. I'm sadden by how far OSU uses only this guy to determine service. My friend was also turned down. She's in bad physical health and did everything asked of her the best she can and he still denied her.

I didn’t expect him to be overly friendly, but I did expect better treatment than I received. He is extremely condescending and I was very uncomfortable the whole appointment.

I wouldn't even give him a one star...Someone needs to give him a evaluation..I waited for two other ppl for one hr each..I got in his office all of 20min and he denied my weight loss surgery becaues he said "I couldn't remember 2 out of the five words he gave me on top of all of the other weird questions that he was asking me...I felt very uncomfortable in the room with him..he is very creepy.
