I recently had an appointment with Dr. Barry Kramer and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. From the moment the visit began, Dr. Kramer seemed rushed and impatient. He interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain my concerns, which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. When I made the appt the receptionist told me to arrive at 10 and when I did she told me I was early and to have a seat. The doc called me in and seemed rushed and angry. He told me I was there for a whitening and I said I was there for a check up and had some pain and needed a night guard. He said no I was there for a whitening. He cut off my sentences and treated me poorly. He then said “you can’t just come in here and get service when you haven’t filled out any paperwork” I said that was ok I’d fill out the paperwork.
