Ricardo installed a new 'touch' faucet in our kitchen and replaced 3 valves under the sink. The work was very professional and completed quickly.

I'm always hesitant when it comes to contractors. After reading all reviews for Kramer, I gave them a call for two service issues: a garbage disposal that quit working, and a clog. They had both fully resolved in less than an hour, providing quick, honest, and high-quality service. Also, note that their service fee means you won't be charged if they have to come back for the same issue in the future. Totally worth it. I will always use them in the future for plumbing needs in Northwest Arkansas!
Installed wtr htr on monday. pulled the old one and new one insalled in same day. Excellent work. Scratch the wall a bit getting the old one out, but knocked a 100.00 of bill. A.C. quit and today and they made time for me. Fixed me up quickly. Thanks.
The two gentlemen who came over to my house to service my AC were very professional and very pleasant to talk with. When they completed the job, they both make sure that they shook my hand and said goodbye to me. Thank you for doing a great job.
