I've had them for carpet cleaning and was very satisfied so when I wanted my ductwork cleaned I went with them. never again. After 3 months I have as much dust in my furnace filters and on my furniture as before I spent $350.00.They also bent and scratched some of my registers. I would not recommend them for duct cleaning.
Great experience! I called to get quotes while price shopping several other local places and not only did Kramer's have the best price I could find, he gave me a wonderful description of exactly how he could clean them. Of course I went with Kramer and was delighted at how wonderful my carpets looked when he was done! I wish I could give more than 5 stars - they deserve it!
Russ Kramer has been the best carpet cleaning person/business I have dealt with. Outstanding company-Russ has lots of character and integrity- it's obvious there is great concern for customer service, and prioritizing for people who are in great need. I wish more businesses were as easy to deal with as they are at Kramer. I totally recommend them.
