Wrong product shipped. Support staff is awful. Eventually needed to do a chargeback, as company claimed it couldn't find the order. Look through the other reviews. This is common behavior from this company. Spoke with management already, no wonder the support staff speaks how they do, management trains them...
I would give zero starts if i could. Completely shocked by how horrible this company treats its customers. My husband ordered these. This was a big purchase for us. The mats DO NOT fit in our vehicle even though we ordered the correct item..can't even close our doors. They will not respond with a return label. I feel like they are waiting out the clock so that I can no longer return the item. So angry and feel so taken advantage of. I will let everyone know if this is not corrected. Horrible floor liners, they will not be as advertised. Getting a refund is a nightmare
Ordered a floor mat for my back seat. I choose a tan floor mat but I received a dark down floor mat that doesn’t fit. I now have to may to ship the floor mat back.
