This doctor is a QUACK and shouldn't be allowed to still have his medical license. He did an evaluation on me for the BWC and was told by him that when he gives he's reports to the BWC and they don't like the report he will get the report back and then change the report so that it fits the BWC 's liking If you have to have anything done by he for the BWC call and request a different doctor he's so incompetent Will lie about it in the report just so him and his wife can collect a check from the BWC
