I will never ever go back to Kram. I took my pickup truck there to have my tires rotated and balanced. I arrived at approximately 2:45 pm. It was almost 6 pm when I left. When the truck was finished the guy behind the counter took another ten minutes to tell me after I asked that it was finished. Worse customer service ever. You have no right to be smug or arrogant. You sale tires not diamonds. I wouldn't have given it a star but it want let me do half a star.
