Been travelling non-stop for work and just feeling like I needed a physical reset. I was so pleased to stumble across Kraken Wellness for their cold plunge/sauna package. I loved that the environment was private and not a communal space. I loved the 5 package price- what a steal! Just started coming here to do the sauna/cold plunge and we love it! Great experience every time. The room, sauna, and plunge are always clean and in great condition. Both times we have gone the front desk associate is so friendly and informative. We will definitely continue coming to Kraken!
I went in today and did the red light therapy & the braintap treatment. After my session I felt super relaxed.
