Frank and his son were on time, considerate, polite, and kind. They worked hard, kept me informed of the progress and finished promptly ensuring all aspects of the job were complete up to and including cleanup. If I ever need a plumbing service again, Kraken will be my first choice!! Thank you so much. I want to add that when I submit a request for contact they did so promptly and schedule the appointment within the 24 hour timeframe
We love Kraken plumbing! We were experiencing multiple and extensive plumbing issues; Frank came over and immediately diagnosed the problem. They repaired the issues and we are so pleased with the results. Communication was highly efficient, they kept us informed of all necessary activity, estimate, appointment times, permitting, and carrying out the re-pipe of our property. How fortunate we are to have Kracken Plumbing Company! They are exemplary in their professionalism, work ethic, conscientiousness and punctuality. Colleen and Frank are amazing! Friendly and kind, they are so conscientious and friendly! They have been so helpful I’m an emergency, I called them late on a Sat evening and Colleen assured me Frank would be at our condo early the next morning and he was! They’re the best!
From the first call to them pulling out of the driveway was exceptional.Colleen responded quickly late on a Friday afternoon . She was very helpful and friendly. Chris came to my home was courteous, professional, clean and was able to answer all of my questions about the new unit. I am so pleased with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Kraken Plumbing.
Wonderful service all around, needed water heater replaced due to age and started leaking. Called on Monday, inspection was quick and easy on Tuesday and new water heater was installed by Friday morning. Great pricing and quality work to go with it. Communication throughout. Aside from needing new water heater it was a great experience working with Kraken.
