I wanted to reach out and thank all of you for the outstanding service you provided my Aunt Connie and Uncle Tim this morning. We had a water emergency in the middle of the night, and the only way to stop the toilet from running was to shut off the water to the entire house because the shut‑off valve wasn’t working. Very responsive. Colleen ensured i received an earlier appointment than initially quoted and was in constant contact, keeping me updated step by step.Chris did a phenomenal job replacing a very leaky water heater. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely Kraken Plumbing again, and I will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.
We had a phenomenal experience with Kraken Plumbing. They worked us into their schedule very quickly, responded promptly, provided an extremely reasonable quote, and resolved our plumbing problems without delay. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. From our plumber, Chris, to Colleen in the back office, everyone was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Great service and a great experience all around. I highly recommend Kraken Plumbing!
How fortunate we are to have Kracken Plumbing Company! They are exemplary in their professionalism, work ethic, conscientiousness and punctuality. Colleen and Frank are amazing! Friendly and kind, they are so conscientious and friendly! They have been so helpful I’m an emergency, I called them late on a Sat evening and Colleen assured me Frank would be at our condo early the next morning and he was! They’re the best!
Nowadays it is hard to find a plumber who will even answer the phone much less work with their customers for a reasonable rate and do things on time when they say they will. Kraken Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! They were very responsive and communicative, The cost was very reasonable, The work they did was absolutely superior and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done in the Volusia area! A++++ 🐙👍
