Today was birthday 60+ and the best gift I ever gave myself was joining the “small personal” Kraken Gym and signing up for training sessions with Remi!!! That was over 5 years ago :-) That decision is still saving my life.

This is an awesome gym! They have all the weights and equipment you could ask for. Everything is organized and clean. Remi, one of the owners made me feel right at home when i walked in. I’ll 100% be coming back next time Im in town!

I had an amazing session with Remy, the owner of Kraken Gym. He did bodywork on me today that included cupping and body scraping, and I could immediately feel the results. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The attention to detail and the quality of his work were outstanding. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and really impressed by how much better my body felt after just one session.
