End product was not what was agreed upon. Communication throughout the process was lacking. Overall the service was ok.
We worked with Jake and Karissa to get basement stair railing. Communication was great and we could not be happier with the railing. Jake also noticed some damage he caused to a stair and pointed it out to us. They promptly made it right. ... We highly recommend Kraken Fabrication!

We did a major home addition and remodel and Kraken Fabrication (Jake and Karissa) helped us achieve our dream home. Jake first consulted with us on custom interior stair railings, exterior deck railing, and custom exterior stairs... and what he delivered was even better than we hoped for.
