I liked Dr Kracjer initially, and thought he offered smart guidance regarding my rheumatoid arthritis. However, when I ran out of medication and requested a refill just for the amount of time until I could book an appointment, the response from the clinic was that they don’t do that, until you are seen, which left me without medication for a month and a half.
