I 100 % do not recommend Modern Denistry.. I had a deep cleaning done in Florida. Never filed it with my insurance..paid cash but mentioned it to the staff... I am now coded as paradontal, and they will not remove the code.. I have lost my free cleanings.. They charge me a copay every time... Just extra ways for them to make more money and and charge us more money as patients... Tried getting my insurance to talk to them 4 times... And of course, that phone is never answered... Originally this office was outstanding with their friendliness and everything. They quickly got me in an infection that formed through an old root canal that became infected. After they were referring me I got in and taken care of by the specialist. On my follow up appointment the doctor did naturally seem agitated that I declined paying a whole new crown. My dentist retired, my friend told me about trying her dentist, Dr. Payne. I am very pleased with the professional, thorough, gentle care I have received. The entire staff is great! I have anxiety and they made me very comfortable through the entire appointment. Highly recommend!!! Diane
A great experience all around! From the front desk staff to the dental assistant and the doctor, everyone was friendly and professional.
