Very quick to respond, which my husband and I appreciated as we were in a hurry to get a deck installed. They arrived the first day and only dug two holes for the posts, weather was fine first day so not too sure why they stopped there. They had all the materials they needed in our yard. Then they didn't arrive until I believe a few days later for the weather to clear since Pittsburgh is always rainy. Then they did the skeleton for the posts to be set and anchoring everything.
