They are friendly and efficient
Very good
Have used Kraig for service a few times and have been quite satisfied. Service personnel are friendly, competent and handle tasks professionally. I would suggest that front office, public-facing staff clean up the language used in their area. Frequent f-bombs dropping in presence of customers isn't appropriate for a business.
Kevin along with the service team handled a not great situation we had with a new car we bought and made it right. We truly appreciate them making sure our family had a safe/reliable vehicle after all the troubles we went through. I’d recommend Kraig Chevy to anyone who wants to work with not just great salespeople but great human beings too! Thank you again.
