Krahn Plumbing did all the plumbing in my brand new, new construction home. They created one of the most amazing shower experiences. I have six shower heads. They were incredible to work with and did exactly what we wanted to do. Craftsmanship was at the top level. I've also referred them to other clients who have saved me on some commercial properties that had issues with water and got them over to one of our properties within 24 hours. Don’t even bother to call for any service unless you need a whole house plumbed. Never bothered to return my calls.
Like someone said below. It’s pretty sad, Evan (the owner) did the work on my new house (2 years ago), I left multiple messages (text and voice-mail) and dead silence. I would respect a reply from him saying that he is too busy. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend calling as it will be a waste of your time!!

Had are water heater go out today. Called them at 3 and by the time we got are water back in it was only about 530. On a Friday. Customer service was amazing. They made quick work of it. They are now are go to blumber. You guys rock
