I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and arrived at 9:12 a.m. due to an accident on Highway 101. I had driven over 35 minutes to get there and waited nearly two weeks for this appointment. Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted me was rude and dismissive. He immediately told me they have a strict 10-minute policy and said he “can’t have technicians standing around,” so they would not honor my appointment—no discussion, no flexibility. Excellent Shop. Highly knowledgeable on all things VW. Very accommodating, more than competitive on pricing, and you always know the job is completed correctly. My Jetta had an electrical failure while dropping my daughter off at daycare. Called and asked them if it was ok to have it towed there. They had it diagnosed (starter replacement), repaired and ready to go in 24hours. Overall I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work on their VW.
Our Audi had an engine fault on a road trip out East and they fit us in exactly when we needed it, on very little notice. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and got us on our vacation without missing a beat. They effectively saved the tail end of our vacation. Very honest and knowledgeable and if I lived anywhere near Halifax would get my VW or Audi serviced from them. Also within a short walk/bike ride to a pretty decent little diner and nursery and strip mall.
Great shop.. these guys know VW inside out. Highly recommend.
