DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars, I would. From the start, communication was unprofessional. Max, who answers the phone and handles most interactions, is consistently rude, dismissive, and speaks with an attitude, and Chris the owner does not come the phone at all. It is all Max who knows nothing about working on vehicles. Which immediately set the tone for the entire experience. Chris did a phenomenal job and my car was ready quickly and before the weekend, as he said it would be. This was my first experience with Kraftwerke and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
