Be sure to get a lawyer engaged, because that's what you'll need if you do business with Jared. I filed suit and won my case, so that should tell you the type of contractor this is. We hired Kraftsmen to do 5 of our remodels on investment properties and every house we sold came in above asking price due to the quality and design. We can't say anything negative about our experience. Jared and his team were always ahead of schedule and very professional.
