Great service
I brought my car in to get an estimate for paint repair after someone ran into it without leaving a note. Upon reviewing the damage, the gentleman said that it could probably be buffed out and came back outside to perform the repair in the parking lot. I was thrilled with the outcome and he refused to accept payment, instead suggesting that I consider Kraft's if I need more significant repairs in the future. I'm grateful for the generosity and know who to call in the future. Thank you!
I had my car repaired after someone backed into my car. They did an incredible job fixing my car. I love that they use genuine parts.They made the rental car pickup and drop off very convenient. They are very friendly and dont make you feel like just another car. Lastly, they detailed the inside of my car!! What a wonderful surprise after having to go through all this. Can't recommend them enough.
My Subaru was unfortunately the victim of a hit and run, Kraft body shop was recommended to me so I decided to give them a try. They did a fantastic job! Customer service was excellent and they were even able to work with Byers to get the job done. My car was returned to me cleaner than I left it and I love that they are family owned, you can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. If need be I will be returning to them again.
