Eric Kraft has been a nightmare to work with. He did not defend us but was on the phone for hours when we had an issue regarding a business matter. He was supposed to file an answer, counterclaim, defenses and there were deadlines established by the court to do such. He NEVER met them timely. 0 Star if i could, our experience was a Total Disaster. Negligent, Arrogant, and Unfit to Practice Law by Eric Kraft. Don't get into the same situation as we did. It has been a nightmare experience. Eric Kraft has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. He blew mandatory court deadlines, failed to file answers on time, and outright neglected every duty we hired him for.
