This is a Scam!! I placed an order from Kraftixdigital in an urgent and apparently it was cancelled by the Admin. Asked for refund, and they sent me a coupon code which does not even cover up the shipping fees that was charged. Called Customer support for like 3 days straight and they picked up just once. Spoke to them about the issue, said they’ll resolve it within an hour it’s been more than a day now and so far it has not been resolve.
